Description

RECOVERY-- NZAS051059 - Repair Berm, Muns Stor B1893 - Malmstrom AFB, MT - THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before of after the closing date. This project is for the repair of the berm at Bldg 1893, Malmstrom AFB, MT. Work includes, but is not limited to, concrete demolition, placing and finishing, site grading, excavation and embankment, trench excavation and backfilling, and storm drain pipe installation. The Contractor shall provide all items, articles, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/ or specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for completion of the scope of this project. The Performance Period for this project is 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 2 April 2009. The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 30 days after award. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 15 November 2009 through 1 April 2010. This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZone Small Businesses in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.13 HUBZone Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov ). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ).
