- JOFOC On behalf of the Department of Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service intends to award a sole source brand name delivery order to DLT Solutions, Inc. The order will provide maintenance services for Foglight, Spotlight, and Toad software. This delivery order will be a sole source brand name or equal made under the Authorities of FAR Parts 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source; 11.105 - Items peculiar to one manufacturer; and 52.211-6 - Brand Name or Equal. This software is used by the Treasury HR Connect Program Office to perform system and infrastructure monitoring for the HR Connect application. It provides a more efficient automated repeatable process for maintaining and tracking the applications service level agreements for our customers. DLT Solutions, Inc. is the sole reseller approved by Quest software to sell and maintain Quest Software. If maintenance is not continued it will result in loss of support for obtaining patches and fixes, access to staff who can help troubleshoot problems, product updates, important papers and documentation about the product’s current functionality and future enhancements, and automatic upgrades to the product.
