- RECOVERY-- NZAS062003 - Repair Electrical Service, 30 Wing 1 Launch Facilitys - Malmstrom AFB, MT - The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the installation of new electrical conduit and commercial power service conductors from a commercial power pole to the Launch Facility (LF) underground launch support building. Project will be performed at 30 LFs in the Malmstrom AFB missile complex, Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The Performance Period for this project is 330 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 8 April 2009. The Request For Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Notice to Proceed may be issued within 10 days after award. Winter exclusion period will take effect from 1November 2009 through 1 April 2010. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses in accordance with FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov ). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration.
