- RECOVERY - Parking-Sidewalk-Landscaping, East Side of CampusA/E Design Services for Project #R570-09-143 This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded a Task Order to Frampton Consulting Engineers, Inc. under VISN 21 IDIQ contract VA 261-P-0221, IAW department guidelines for recovery projects. The A/E shall prepare an Evaluation Report, Design Development drawings, Construction Documents, Specifications, and Cost Estimates for all disciplines as necessary to construct diagonal parking and sidewalks along N. Angus St between Clinton and Harvard Street (approximately 280 linear feet of parking along the roadway and approximately 560 feet of new sidewalk). The scope includes demolition of existing curb and gutter, landscape, irrigation and underground utilities and construction of diagonal parking, sidewalk, curb, gutter, landscaping and retaining wall. Sidewalk is to continue from Clinton to Harvard Street, and meet all applicable handicap accessibility standards; this will include replacement of approximately 35 feet of existing sidewalk to the west of the intersection of Clinton and Angus to bring it up to current standards.
