- The following Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated: Item 1: Jacket, Men’s Waterproof CWU 106/P NSN: 8415-01-565-1581(s) Item 2: Jacket, Women’s Waterproof CWU 107/P NSN: 8415-01-564-9164(s) Item 3: Trousers, Men’s Waterproof CWU 108/P NSN: 8415-01-564-9865(s) Item 4: Trousers, Women’s Waterproof CWU 109/P NSN: 8415-01-565-2167(s) The base year is for the following quantities: Item 1: Jacket, Men’s Waterproof CWU 106/P 1,075Min / 4,300AEQ / 5,400Max Item 2: Jacket, Women’s Waterproof CWU 107/P 500 Min / 2,100 AEQ / 2,600 Max Item 3: Trousers, Men’s Waterproof CWU 108/P 1,075Min / 4,300AEQ / 5,400Max Item 4: Trousers, Women’s Waterproof CWU 109/P 500 Min / 2,100 AEQ / 2,600 Max One 1--year term option will be included for each item with the same Mins and Max. This acquisition was previously issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under Solicitation No. SPM1C1-09-R-0017. PLEASE note that at this time Solicitation No. SPM1C1-09-R-0180 will be issued as UNRESTRICTED. The items will be procured FOB destination to SNT (New Cumberland, PA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). Applicable SPECIFICATIONS for the items are as follows: Item 1: Jacket, Men’s Waterproof CWU 106/P, NAWC PD 4631-04-11 dated 11 Jan 2008 Item 2: Jacket, Women’s Waterproof CWU 107/P, NAWC PD 4631-04-12 dated 11 Jan 2008 Item 3: Trousers, Men’s Waterproof CWU 108/P, NAWC PD 4631-04-13 dated 11 Jan 2008 Item 4: Trousers, Women’s Waterproof CWU 109/P, NAWC PD 4631-04-14 dated 11 Jan 2008 The PATTERN DATES for the jackets and trousers are as follows: Items 1 & 2: Men's (106/P), and Women's (107/P) Jackets: 7 June 2007 Items 3 & 4: Men's (108/P), and Women's (109/P) Trousers: 8 March 2007 NOTE: Specifications and Patterns can be requested on our contracting page http://www.dscp.dla.mil/Portal/sreqfrm.aspx *It is the responsibility of the contractors to access this website and place the request for specifications and patterns. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 3 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized.
