- This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. It is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential Hub-Zone and Small Business firms as potential sources interested in proposing on an acquisition for the operation of the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). The primary function of the COCESS Store is to provide all necessary labor and supervision to supply and store equipment, tools, parts, supplies and materials to support a "one stop shop" at Minot Air Force Base ND. These items will be used for construction and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized government personnel. This contract will allow the craftsman the ability to acquire products by purchasing over-the-counter stock and submitting order requests through the contractor's Internet on-line ordering system. The work is to be performed on the contract will be written within the North American Classification (NAICS) code as 444110-Home Centers. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement, which at a minimum includes the following: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed within the past five years, to include dollar value. 2. Point of contact including phone number, physical and e-mail address. 3. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. 4. CAGE Code for your firm. 5. Positive statement of interest in submitting a proposal.
