- Solicitation Appendix G Appendix F Appendix E Appendix D Appendix C Appendix B Appendix A PWS Description: A-76 RAF Fairford AGE/WRM Requirement The Government has a services requirement to provide for the operation, storage, inspection and maintenance of powered/non-powered AGE and WRM on RAF Fairford and RAF Wellford, United Kingdom. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This RFQ or solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov. NOTICE OF PRE-BID/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (MAY 1996) (a) A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference will be conducted at RAF Fairford on 09 July 09 at 10:30 (10:30 A.M.) for the purpose of site familiarization regarding this solicitation. (b) Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3) to Mr. William Johnson at william.johnson@alconbury.af.mil 3 days prior to site visit. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. (c) Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 3 business days after site visit. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. (d) A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. (End of provision)
