- Table of Contents Terms and Conditions_Commercial Items Itemized list of supplies Contract Ducument/SF1449 The Federal Medical Center, Lexington, KY is soliciting quotations under Request for Quote (RFQ) 10907-012-9 for Communication/Electrical Supplies to support a new network project. Award date will be approximately July 8, 2009, with offers due by July 1, 2009, 2:00 PM EDST. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center, 3001 Leestown Rd., Lexington, KY 40511. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with price being the determining factor. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions.
