- RFQ is for the purchase of SCREENING, INSECT, NONMETALLIC as follows: 15,000 yards. NSN: 8305-00-559-5047 - SCREENING, INSECT, NONMETALLIC: GLASS; VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COATED; SELVAGED EDGES; ALUMINUM COLOR, FED SHADES BETWEEN 36492 AND 36173; 18 MESH IN WARP AND FILLING DIRECTION PER LINEAR INCH; 0.0130 IN. DIA. FILAMENTS; FIRE AND MILDEW RESISTANT, 48 INCH WIDTH. TYPE II, CLASS 2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR L-S-125B:. THE CLOTH SHALL BE IN CONFORMING WITH FEDERAL SPECIFICATION L-S-125B DATED 3 FEBRUARY 1972. WITH THE FOLLOWING DEVIATIONS: PAGE 6, TABLE II, OPPOSITE "MESH SIZE, 18 BY 18" COLUMN, UNDER "TYPES I AND III, CLASSES 1 AND 2": DELETE "125", "105" AND "110" AND SUBSTITUTE "110", "95" AND "90" RESPECTIVELY. PAGE 7, TABLE II, OPPOSITE "MESH SIZE, 18 BY 18" COLUMN, UNDER "TYPES I AND III, CLASSES 1 AND 2": DELETE "107" AND "132" AND SUBSTITUTE "80" AND "80" RESPECTIVELY. STANDARD SAMPLE: THE ALUMINUM COLOR SHALL BE 36492 AND NO DARKER THAN NO. 36173 OF FED-STD-NO. 595 (REF; PARA. 3.5.2 OF L-S-125B).. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EE-M-1011:. EE-M-1011J MATCH, SAFETY AND MATCH. NON-SAFETY (STRIKE. ANYWHERE), AM 1, 11/20/81. RFQ will be issued on an Unrestricted basis. Three deliveries to Albany, GA, commencing 150 days after date of award, are required. No options will be included in this acquisition. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at https://progate.daps.dla.mil/home after ( Approx. 02/15/02). From the Gateway home page, select "Search RFQs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
