- The RFQ document is replaced to incorporated amendment to correct set aside from "full and open" to "total small business." This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the purchase of horizontal axis wind turbines. The government intends to award one or more IDIQ contracts for a base year with three one-year renewal options. The minimum order quantity is one (1) unit, and the maximum order quantity is 50 over the life of the contract. The attached document contains the combined synopsis/solicitation. Questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer. **CHANGE IN SET ASIDE FROM "FULL AND OPEN" TO "TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS" The original posting of this combined synopsis/solicitation was posted - in error - as a full and open procurement. This amendment to the solicitation corrects the procurement method and changes it from "full and open" to "total small business" set aside. The NAICS code and small business size standards set in the attached solicitation are correct.
