- Description
- The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for interested contractors to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision to undertake the construction of the Meteorological Instrumentation Development Facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. The plans and specifications will be posted on the FBO website once the RFP is released for competition. Location of the work will be at the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Grounds Ditto site. The formal RFP is anticipated to be released on or around 13 July 2009. This acquisition is will be set-aside for competition amongst HUBZone certified small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1305. The North American Industrical Classification System code is 236220 with a size standard of $33,500.000. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. The estimated price range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The estimated period of performance is anticipated to be 180 to 210 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
