Description
RECOVERY. This modification to announcement 80181RQ282 opens the solicitation to Full and Open Competition. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity (Solicitation # 80181RQ282) is available to all responsible Offerors. A site visit has been scheduled for July 14th, 2009 at 10:00 am. The estimated closing proposal response date is July 21, 2009 at 12:00 pm. The estimated award date is July 31, 2009. Work is estimated to start in September, 2009. The PSC Code is Y219, NAICS Code 238910, and the size standard is $14,000,000. Estimated amount of this task order is between $25,000 and $100,000. After evaluation of offers is completed, the Government intends to make award to one responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Solicitation no. 80181RQ282 to include all attachments shall be made available by July 1, 2009 and will be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center (NBC) Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. For assistance in downloading information from NBC, please contact their helpdesk at (703) 390-6707. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov. This project will involve Core Trenching. In the lot 1-4 project approximately 5,800 feet of trenching will be conducted along the western boundary. In the lot 65-70 project approximately 12,870 feet of trenching will be done on the west and south boundary of the project. The work will be performed at Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge, part of the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 4009 Hill Road, Tulelake, CA 96134.
