- Services required, painting of transformers and high voltage switch enclosures under a fixed price contract. Contractor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, and equipment. Personnel will be required to be qualified for working with hazardous materials, energized substations and comply with applicable OSHA standards.NAICS 238320, proposed solicitation shall be unrestricted.
