- Description
- The proposed contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services to maintain safe, clean, and healthy work areas at Millwood-Tri Lakes Project Office and adjacent grounds as required in the specification. Services to include but limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, pick-up and removal of all trash, liter, and other debris from the parking lot and grounds surrounding the project office, weather station and comfort station within the fenced area of the parking and admin areas. Services shall be performed Monday thru Friday during the period 1 Oct 09 through 30 Sep 2010, excluding Federal Holidays. Quantities (days) shown in the solicitation package will be estimated and are not guaranteed. The Contractor shall provide an on site Contract Manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. The name of this person and an alternate or alternate(s) who shall act for the contractor when the manager is absent should be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. The Contract Manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contractual matters during the duration of the contract. All employees should be neat in appearance and fully clothed (shirts, blouses, trousers, or skirts must be worn) during the execution of their duties under this contract. The Contractor shall safeguard all government property. The Contractor shall be responsible for the security of his/her own property. F.O.B. Destination - Millwood-Tri Lakes Project Office - Ashdown, Arkansas 71822. QTY: 0001 (252) ea and 0002- (52) ea- The proposed contract shall consists of a base period and four (4)one year options. The renewal options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Solicitation W9127S 09-T-0150 to be issued o/a 13 July 2009 with closing a/o 13 August 2009. This acquisition is issued as a One-Hundred (100%) Small Business Set Aside - NAICS CODE 561720/16/5. Any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
