- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS. The Veterans Administration (VA) Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to seek a provider for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) services. The anticipated period of performance is August 1, 2009 through July 31, 2010; the VA has the option to extend this contract for four 1-year renewal options. This procurement will be issued unrestricted. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(t) all contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to conduct business with the Federal government. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award. The website is located at http://www.ccr.gov/. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621420. with the size standard being $10 million. The anticipated solicitation is on or about June 26, 2009.
