- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a total small business set-aside basis to provide for data network engineering support services in support of the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD. The proposed period of performance consisting of sixty (60) months encompasses a twelve (12) month base period commencing 01 October 2009 and continuing through 30 September 2010 plus four (4), one-year options. All eligible firms must be a CISCO Gold certified partner with ISO 9001: 2000 certification. Further, three (3) full-time certified CISCO Network Administrators will be required with one of the Administrators possessing a BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification. Request for Quotation N00189-09-Q-2005 contemplates a Firm Fixed Price-type purchase order. This solicitation will be issued for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 541512 with a business size standard of $25 million.
