- Description
- This notification, FA3022-09-R-0010, announces Columbus AFB's intent to issue a solicitation for the construction of a munitions maintenance/inspection facility. As a design option, this procurement may also include demolition of the old munitions maintenance/inspection facility. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) only. The source selection evaluation criterion will be detailed in the solicitation. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation will include a 100% complete design package. The contract duration is for 205 days. The approximate issue date is 13 July 2009. The approximate due date for proposals is 14 August 2009. Currently this project is being solicited under fill-kill authority. Award of this construction contract is subject to availability of funds. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236210 and the small business size is 33.5 Million. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. Offerors must also be registered and have completed the Online Representation & Certification Application (ORCA) located at www.bpn.gov/orca prior to award. The Solicitation will be available by download from the Internet only. Downloads are available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.fbo.gov.
