- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, which has replaced the canceled solicitation number F3H0R19148A002, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H0R19148A002-A is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424720. The business size standard is 500. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: 1. Smoke Oil, must be one of the approved oils listed below, 55 Gallon Drum; 20 Drums a. Canopus 19, Canopus 13, Shell Carnea E-15, Shell Carnea W-15, Shell Carnea 22 (Aero-Shell Smoke Oil), Vitrea 13, Vitrea 22, Conoco Turbine Oil 32, Chevron Handy Oil (ISO 15), Delta 1280, Engine Oil 1010, American Oil Rayco 460, American Oil Rayco 48, American Oil Rayco 481C, PQ Turbo 10, Regal R&O 32 Grade, 76 Turbine 32 2. Aerosheel W100 or equal, Case of 12 Quarts; 5 cases 3. Aerosheel W100 Plus or equal, Case of 12 Quarts; 5 cases 4. Aerosheel W120 or equal, Case of 4 Gallons; 25 cases 5. Phillips X/C 23/60 or equal, Case of 12 Quarts; 4 cases Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
