- Contractors Performance Data Sheet Background Authorization Form Wage Determination Vicinity Map - Sisters Ranger District Vicinity Map 1 - Crescent RD Area Vicinity Map - Communication Shop, Auto Shop,Rd.Crew Shop & Scott St.Compound Vicinity Map - R6 Seed Extractory SOLICITATION OFFERORS RETURN PACKAGE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-04GG-S-09-0025 and the requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, base plus two one year option periods, contract for commercial custodial services. The services include the contractor furnishing all labor, transportation, and supervision needed to perform all requirement elements listed and described within the attached documents. All other information required to supply a completed package is available within the attached documents.
