- This is a one-year, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), contract, not to exceed $1,000,000.00, with the option to renew for three (3) additional years. The project involves mechanical slash reduction treatment services. This project sites are located on forest land in the Bureau of Land Management Eugene District, Lane County, Oregon, and the Bureau of Land Management Salem District, Linn, Benton, Yamhill, and Tillamook Counties, Oregon. In accordance with the Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001 Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from the USDA Forest Service may place task orders against this contract for the Willamette and Siuslaw National Forests, and the Cottage Grove District of the Umpqua National Forest. Bonds are not required. Liability insurance is required after award. The full detailed solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net (paper copies are no longer available). THE ESTIMATED ISSUE/POSTING DATE OF THE FULL SOLICITATION IS ON OR ABOUT JULY 1, 2009. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. This project will be solicited using Commercial Item Procedures. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
