Description

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to revise both the mandatory salient characteristics within the Statement of Work and the Evaluation Criteria. Answers to questions are provided, see continuation pages for Questions & Answers # 1 dated 24 JUNE 2009. This solicitation is hereby 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under the NAICS code 314912, with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. DFARS clause 252.225-7012 - Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities (Dec 2008) is added. The maximum number of pages for the technical proposal is increased from 30 to 100 pages. The solicitation response date is hereby amended to 31 JULY 2009, 12:00 P.M. EST. Any questions shall be addressed to James Suerdieck, by email only, NLT 15 JULY 2009.
