- RECOVERY ACT SPECIAL NOTICE: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to 3001 Inc, Fairfax, Va. The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is placing a task order against Contract No. W91278-09-D-0039, 3001 Inc, Fairfax, Va., said contract being dated 28 May 2009, which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services for Surveying & Mapping Services including geospatial information services. TASK ORDER #001. TITLE: Phase One, Navigation and Coastal Data Bank. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this task order is to accumulate and process coastal geospatial data at various USACE coastal districts for the purpose of populating the Navigation and Coastal Database (NCDB). The Data Bank will provide a systematic mechanism for organizing, sharing, and preserving navigation and coastal data.
