Those prime contractors interested in proposing on this effort and desiring to provide value added feedback on the posted DRAFT RFP must submit all questions in writing to Ms. Deanna Cox, Contracting Officer (PCO), deanna.cox@socom.mil and Ms. Leah Treppel, Program Manager (PM), leah.treppel@socom.mil not later than 8 Jul 2009. All questions with answers will be posted to fedbizops.gov under this solicitation number H92222-09-R-0034. Miscellaneous feedback, comments, etc. will be reviewed and taken into consideration however, will not be posted publically, therefore, please submit questions in a separate document. In addition, value added feedback should be in the form of a suggested change to the current verbiage in the section the comment references. Therefore, please insert comments or suggestions to all documents within the document utilizing track changes and comment features for PCO and PM review and consideration. Current Key Milestones; Industry one-on-ones 2-4 June 09 Post Complete Draft RFP 26 Jun 09 Formal Acquisition Strategy Approval Aug 09 Formal RFP issuance on or about Sep 09 Proposals due approx 45 days after RFP issuance Estimated date of award March 10 Start transition period March 10 New Task orders under GBPS issued Apr 10 Period of Performance Begin 1 May 10
