- Amendment Number 0004 issued 6/25/2009 extends the proposal due date to 7/7/2009 at 2:00 p.m. This is a modification to the original announcement dated 16 April 2009 and Modified on 20 May 2009: The following options will be included in the solicitation. Option 1 Building Construction for 22,000 square feet, inclusive of design services, Option 2 - Parking Lot construction for an additional 53 spaces, inclusive of design services, and Option 3 - Certify the project has LEED certification. The plans and specifications will be issued on or about 29 May 2009 with a proposal due date of 29 June 2009 at 2:00 p.m.
