- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 337211, Size Standard 500 EMPLOYEES. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KTAX9156A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 effective 15 JUNE 2009. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for NUCLEAR WEAPON CENTER FURNITURE WITH INSTALLATION ALL FURNITURE SHALL BE PURCHASED ON A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL BASIS. INTERESTED OFFERORS MUST QUOTE FURNITURE THAT MATCHES THE COLOR, FORM, FIT AND FUNCTION OF ALL EXISTING FURNITURE AT THE NUCLEAR WEAPONS CENTER. SITE VISITS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 26 JUNE 2009.
