- DRAFT Labor Categories and Estimated Hours DRAFT Statement of Work THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE National Security Technologies (NSTec) is seeking sources for Emergency Planning Hazards Assessment (EPHA) technical support for the Nevada Test Site (NTS). The Subcontractor shall provide professional, skilled subject matter experts to assist in the identification and screening of hazards and threats, performance of atmospheric dispersion calculations, development of hazard mitigation, and development or maintenance of emergency plans and procedures as required by US Department of Energy Order 151.1c, Comprehensive Emergency Management System, assessment findings and/or self-identified findings. See the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and Labor Categories with descriptions and estimated hours. Please note that the attached are DRAFTS and that the RFP will be the governing document. It is anticipated that a Task Order Subcontract will be awarded for approximately five years. The award will be based on Best Value. Please respond via email advising of your interest to include the following: 1 - Statement of Qualifications to support the DRAFT SOW 2 - Evidence of a minimum four years experience of EPHA work 3 - Company information, including address, phone and fax numbers, name of company point of contact to whom solicitation should be sent and their email address 4 - Include Business Size based on NAICS 541990
