- The Forest Service is soliciting offers for the Hume Lake R.D. Office leased space. 8,000 rentable square feet. Needs to be located adjacent to Highway 180 within the Dunlap/Squaw Valley, CA area. Space is required to be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010. Term of lease: 10 years with the right to terminate at any time after the first five years with 90 days written notice. Proposals must be received no later than August 17, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
