- Description
- This synopsis is for a fixed price PO for Engineering Services to enhance the existing SEER Loading Device applicable to the ARC-190 System. See solicitation for further information. The approximate RFP issued date will be 25 June 2009 with the approximate response date of 11 July 2009. RFQ will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. T his is a limited source procurement per USC 2304(c)(1) TO: Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Cage: 52302. Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
