- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a request for proposals and does not commit the government to award a contract, therefore, no solicitation is available at this time. This notice is for market research purposes to determine the availability of potential vendors who can provide the following services: The National Park Service, Denali National Park & Preserve, requires solid waste collection services at a variety of locations within the national park boundary. Seasonal variation in services to include weekly service year round and biweekly service from June 1 through September 30. Proposal will be solicited, at a later date, as a base plus four (4) option years contract. Solicitation shall include services for a quantity of two (2), two (2) yard dumpsters, quantity of one (1), six (6) yard dumpster, two loads per week between June 1 and September 30, one time load during last week of May, extra loads as needed between June 1 and September 30, disposal of quantity one (1), thirty (30) yard dumpster, one (1) load per month from October 1 through September 30, disposal cost per load, one time delivery fee for dumpster delivery, and annual landfill regulatory commission fee. The subsequent contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended. Wage Determination 05-2017 (Rev.-11) shall be applied.
