THIS IS A UPDATED SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES, FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR A FUTURE ACQUISITION. 2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to provide Transient Aircraft Maintenance Services (TAMS). The contractor shall perform transient aircraft services to include transient aircraft management control, arrival, processing, and departure services in accordance with the Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform transient aircraft services as defined in Statement of Work/Performance Work Statement, except as specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform specific tasks within a two (2) hour time frame to meet transient aircraft arrival, processing and departure schedules. Large frame aircraft may require more than 2 hours. When the number of aircraft requiring service precludes servicing at the same time, the contractor shall perform servicing in the priority established by the 27th Special Operations Maintenance Operations Squadron (SOMOS)/Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC). The contractor shall ensure all aircraft are launched, recovered, inspected, and serviced in accordance with applicable technical data and AFSOC directives. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners, provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar in scope. Provide description, dollar value and government activity (i.e., West Point, City of New York, etc.): A. Company/Institute Name and CAGE code. B. Mailing Address. C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail). D. Web site, if applicable. E. State if your company is registered under NAICS code 488119 or not. F. State whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HUB-Zone, 8(a) certified business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc. G. State the size of your company in terms of personnel. H. Degree of experience conducting Transient Aircraft Maintenance Services (TAMS) to include, but not limited to transient aircraft management control, arrival, processing, and departure services. I. Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements described above, and your associated technical capabilities in 5 pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less. 4.
