Description
The NAICS Code is 611430. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-07-G-5438, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armaments Systems Division, Louisville, Kentucky 40214-2683. The contractor shall provide on-site instructors for conducting MK 38 MOD 2 organizational-level Operation and Maintenance (O&M) training at both CSCS Dam Neck and CSCS San Diego. One (1) instructor will be assigned to each of the schoolhouses. This training assignment is a follow on; the Government does not authorize additional training for new instructors. The respective Dam Neck and San Diego trainers are to have the same qualifications as the personnel utilized in FY09. Period of Performance: 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010, as per training schedules of all classes. BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required timeframe.
