- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for On-site services to provide LL Propane fuel and Delivery for an estimated quantity of 50,000 gallons on a keep filled basis by metered vehicle to various locations at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, WA and Keyport Annex at Bangor, Washington. Base period of performance shall be from date of award through one year there after with two one year options. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quote (RFQ) N00253-09-T-0142 is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-32 are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 454319. It is anticipated this solicitation will be offered 25 June 2009. The closing date will be 14 July 2009. This requirement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance by the Government. Requirements are listed in the attached solicitation. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing after receipt of solicitation, no later than 08 July 2009.
