Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N63394-08-G-1177 on a sole source basis to McNally Industries, LLC, 340 W. Benson Street, Grantsburg, WI 54840-0129 for materials and services required to manufacture, assemble, test, inspect, preserve, package and ship four (4) each MK 6 Ammunition Hoist Installation Hardware for Cruiser Modernization Program. McNally Industries is the only qualified and known source since 1999 with the special test equipment, special tooling and facilities that can support this highly complex requirement.
