- Sources Sought: Looking for companines that can provide 700 white, one size fits all lab coats to USMA. Provide cleaning of these lab coats Four (4) times per year at specified times. Lab coats requiring cleaning are to be collected from 5 department offices in central post area: BS&L, C&LS, C&ME, EE&CS, G&ENE, and Physics. A like number of clean lab coats are to be delivered to the same locations to replace the dirty ones when they are collected for cleaning. Approximately all 700 lab coats will require pick up, cleaning and delivery four (4) times per year: Mid October, End of December, mid March and end of May. These lab coats will sometimes be exposed to chemicals used within the Labs. This sources sought is intended for market research purpose and responses to this notice are due by June 26th 2009.
