- Description
- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide service agreement for 3 Millipore Water Filtration Systems. The three systems are comprised of a pre-treatment, a Millipore RiOs 5 reverse osmosis and a Millipore Elix 10(x2) de-ionized system, a holding tank and a Millipore Biocel (x2) and a Synthesis, a water polishing or final filter. Work shall be performed at the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Center for Coastal Environmental Health, 219 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412 in accordance with the attached statement of work. Work SHALL be performed by vendor's own personnel trained and qualified to work on the equipment. Period of Performance: July 1, 2009, or date of award, whichever is later, through June 30, 2010, with an option to extend performance for an additional four years. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is R499 and NAICS Code is 333999, small business size standard is 500 employees. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
