- RECOVERY ACT - This notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the US Army Engineering and Support Center at Huntsville, AL (USAESCH). The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center (JCMVAMC) in Muskogee, OK will use Interagency Support Agreement # CEHNC-FY-07-08 with the USAESCH to procure this requirement. This project is to provide design/build services to develop construction documents to include contract drawings and specifications. The area of construction is within buildings 1, 24, 26 and 46 that house the Generators and emergency electrical equipment connected to the generators for building #1 emergency power requirements. The Design/Build Firm shall provide all required architectural and engineering services for the design and all construction services to complete the required construction of the project. This is not a request for proposals, and no proposals will be accepted.
