- DESC: Pump, Reciprocating; NSN: 4320-01-384-9477; Part Number 12927638. The item to procure is a Pump, Reciprocating for use on the M109A6 Self Propelled Howitzer. It is a Hydraulic Hand Pump Assembly consisting of the following parts: Couplings, Plugs; Hose Assembly; Hand Pump; Tube Assembly; Adapter and Packing; Spring Clip; Manifold; Webbing Strap Assembly with Buckle; Electrical Wiring Parts; Screws; Washers and Nuts; included are the following machined parts: Filter Bowl, Material Aluminum, Alloy 2024-T3411, 7.62 inches long by 2.625 inches outside diameter; and Plate Material, Steel, Carbon ASTM A569,.1345 inches in stock and is 11/12 inches by 10.25 Inches in size. All parts are assembled to the Plate with CARC Paint Finish Applied. This solicitation will result in a Five (5) Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract. The guaranteed first year minimum quantity will be 200 each, which will be issued on Delivery Order 0001, concurrently with the award of the contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue any other Delivery Orders against the contract. Estimated quantities are 190 each (Ordering Period 2); 190 each (Ordering Period 3); 160 each (Ordering Period 4); and 150 each (Ordering Period 5). The total maximum quantity that can be bought over the life of the contract is 2,000. F.O.B. is Destination. Deliveries shall be 200 each, 270 days after date of award of Delivery Order, then 100 each every 30 days until completion of the Delivery Order. Estimated issue date is 13 July 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. **************************************************************** This solicitation will be issued as a full and open, unrestricted solicitation.
