- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Building 6000, Bolling AFB, Washington, DC 20340-5100 intends to issue a purchase order with Powerworld, Corporation, 2001 S 1st St, Ste 203, Champaign, IL 61820-7478 The purpose is to purchase SW license and maintenance for an existing modeling and simulation tool (PowerWorld) simulator that was modified for specialized DoD applications. Powerworld, Corporation is the only source known that can provide the unique software /licenses and to make sure that it all integrates properly to guarantee a successful installation. FAR provisions and clauses 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to Virginia Contracting Activity by FAX 202-231-6179 att: Roberta Richardson or email to Roberta.richardson@.dia.mil. All proposals must be received by 1500 Eastern Daylight Savings Time 26 Jun 09 and must be proposed FOB Destination.
