- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER SUSTAINMENT, RESTORATION & MODERNIZATION ACQUISITION TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). "In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with the Prime Contractors presently assigned to the Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) which is operated by HQ AETC CONS LGCT office, c/o HQ AFCESA CONS CEKC at Tyndall AFB, FL. This project calls for Replacement of Water Storage Tank at Dover AFB, DE, as stated in the presolicitation title. The Government intends to issue a task order to one of the Prime Contractors under the SATOC IDIQ. The Prime Contractors main point of contact is listed on the attached SATOC Prime Spreadsheet (see attachment). Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the companies listed from this form. The purpose of this project is to provide the Government with a complete engineering design, construction, and warranty for a 750,000-gallon Post Tension Concrete Potable Water Storage Tank to meet current Air Force standards. The contractor shall demolish an existing 750,000-gallon water storage tank (constructed of cast-in-place concrete with an internal PVC liner, located at ground level) and replacing with a tank of similar size in the same location. The contractor shall provide equipment and materials, and shall perform civil work as necessary (geotechnical investigation, material selection, demolition and disposal, foundation systems, grading to meet drainage requirements, erosion control, grassing/sodding and landscaping following construction.)
