- This solicitation is for the acquisition of 69 NSNs that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. The intent is to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a one year base and four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be available for download on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of July 7, 2009. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS on the soilcitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Classes 2510, 2530, 2540, 2910, 3020, 4320, 4720, 4730, 4820, 5930, 5935, 5945, and 5999. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
