- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide Wheelchair Transportation Services outside of Milwaukee County for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the period of May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010 with options to renew for two (2) 12-month periods; for the period of one year from the date of the award in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 485991 is $7.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
