- The 554th Electronic Systems Group (ELSG) located at Wright-Patterson AFB is conducting market research in contemplation of issuing a contract that provides the daily support and maintenance and program management support to a number of IT systems considered to be in sustainment. This contemplated acquisition is a follow-up to RFI 08 Dec 2008, posted on 09 Dec 2008, and in addition to the Legacy Contracting Systems (LCSS)identified in the RFI, now includes the Information and Resource Support Systms (IRSS).
