- RECOVERY - "In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with the Prime Contractors presently assigned to the Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) which is operated by HQ AETC CONS LGCT office, c/o HQ AFCESA CONS CEKC at Tyndall AFB, FL. This notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project calls for Repair of the Atlas Substation at Holloman AFB, NM, as stated in the presolicitation title. The Government intends to issue a task order to one of the Prime Contractors under the SATOC IDIQ. The Prime Contractors’ main points of contact are listed on the attached SATOC Prime Spreadsheet (see attachment). Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the companies listed on this form. The purpose of this project is to repair, replace and upgrade the existing Atlas Substation Holloman AFB to meet the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall complete development of plans and specifications in accordance with defined levels of effort necessary to complete the project. The project consists of designing and installing a replacement 22.5 MVA substation transformer and replacement SF6 circuit breaker at the Atlas Substation, located near the La Luz Gate at 1851 Vandergrift Road, Holloman AFB, NM.
