Requirements and Statement of Work for KOARO9RE055 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number KOARO9RE055 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2005-33, Effective 15 June 2009 This requirement is UNRESTRICTED with a primary NAICS of 334519. Requirement: Supply X-Ray machine, and maintenance support in accordance with the Statement of Work. (SEE ATTACHED) SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: All quotes must be received by 8:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, July 1, 2009.
