- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for fine crushed limestone trail surface aggregate to be delivered to Outlet Park, Pomme de Terre Lake near Hermitage, Missouri. The NAICS code for this project is 212312 and the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation has been set aside for small business. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, you will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation (link is provided on this page). Please note that vendors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Registration and Certification Application (ORCA).
