Description
RFP SF33 The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting proposals for the implementation and evaluation of a Benefits Offset National Demonstration (BOND). This requirement will be procured using procedures from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. SSA anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract with a period of performance of nine years from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720, with a size standard of $7.0 million. A potential organizational conflict of interest has been identified with this procurement. Offerors are instructed to refer to Section M Factor #2 Project Organization and Management Plan (Evaluation Criteria and Proposal Instructions) of the solicitation for further information. Do NOT contact individuals identified in the deliverables. All questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist via email by 3:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, July 21, 2009 in order to be guaranteed a response. The solicitation is available for downloading under this announcement from the Federal Procurement website at www.fbo.gov. HARD COPIES OF THE RFP WILL NOT BE MAILED. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the FedBizOpps website to check the status of this requirement and to keep current with any amendments and questions and answers that may be issued. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award.
