- ISSUE DATE: 07/02/2009. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to dredge Lighthouse Channel at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Northern New England, South Portland, ME (Cumberland County). The work includes removal of approximately 30,000 cubic yards of dredge material and disposal at the offshore Portland disposal site. This Invitation for Bids is 100% set-aside for small business participation. The estimated price range of this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. This solicitation will be issued subject to the availability of funds. The government will reserve the right to cancel the procurement either prior to or after the scheduled closing date. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 and the size standard is $20.0 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 07/02/2009. The bid opening date is scheduled for 08/03/2009 at 2:00 pm. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
