- RECOVERY - "In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this presolicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with the Prime Contractors presently assigned to the Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) which is operated by HQ AETC CONS LGCT office, c/o HQ AFCESA CONS CEKC at Tyndall AFB, FL. This notice is provided for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This project calls for alteration of Hangarette B21808 at Holloman AFB, NM, as stated in the presolicitation title. The Government intends to issue a task order to one of the Prime Contractors under the SATOC IDIQ. The Prime Contractors’ main points of contact are listed on the attached SATOC Prime Spreadsheet (see attachment). Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the companies listed on this form. The purpose of this project is to modify and upgrade building 21808 at Holloman AFB to meet the requirements of the F-22 aircraft. The contractor shall complete development of plans and specifications in accordance with defined levels of effort necessary to construct the project. Project requirements include: install exhaust and make-up air system for aircraft auxiliary power unit (APU); upgrade fire alarm system; upgrade electrical distribution panels, feeders, and transformer; install central compressed air and vacuum systems for operation of compressed air equipment and dust collection.
