- Description
- RECOVERY ACT - **IFB opening extended to 7-8-09; 2:00 pm CT** Only one Nurses Station to be renovated**. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and necessary supervision to replace Nurses Station E1 only in Building 200. Work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition, including cabinetry, electrical, plumbing (including sprinkler) modifications, HVAC modifications, new cabinetry/millwork, new suspended acoustical ceilings, lighting, and all required new finish work and certain other items as indicated. All work is to be complete within 80 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for this project is now $25,000 to $100,000. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE TO SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOB) CONTRACTORS. The SDVOSB contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work on the project. This does not include paperwork, submittals, etc. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds are not required on bids under $100,000.00
