- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3559152A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33 Effective 15 June 2009, Defense DCN 20090115 effective January 15, 2009, and AFAC 2009-0318 effective 18 March 2009. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is D301. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7378. This request for quotation is for computer support. 0001 - NON PERSONAL SERVICES AS COMPUTER SUPPORT SPECIALIST AT THE EDUCATION CENTER FROM 1 OCT 09 TO 30 SEPT 10. 1 UNIT EQUALS 5 HOURS. SOW FOWARDED TO CONTRACTING. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Award shall be made in the aggregate all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
